Start at Calallen High School – Head south on Wildcat Drive toward US-77/Interstate-69 access road.

Turn left onto US-77 S / IH-69 S (also signed as Interstate-69/US Route 77 toward Corpus Christi/Robstown).

Continue on US-77 S / IH-69 S for approximately 15–20 miles toward Robstown.

This stretch is mainly a straight highway drive south/southeast from Corpus Christi toward Robstown.
